Job Description

  • Oversee and responsible for purchasing, administrative and Human Resource operation, ensure daily operation are run smoothly.
  • Liaise with HR on staff welfare , ensure that staff welfare are provide and follow.
  • Monitor staff's annual leave, replacement leave and sick leave, preparation of staff attendance summary; preparation of workers' monthly wages, staff's expenses claims and others.
  • Assist site purchasing - items below RM2,000, raise PRF and issue PO; coordinate site purchase with HQ-Central Procurement Department for purchase exceed site authority limit.
  • Source a good price when new purchase is requested and prepared comparison for approval.
  • Order and monitor timely delivery of goods from supplier; monitor progressive/ partial delivery of ordering items.
  • Compile and send daily invoices and delivery order, approved requisition and summary statement to HQ.
  • Verify supplier DO and invoices against PO.
  • Monitor and refurbishment of stock items, office stationery, mineral water, pantry/ sundry items.
  • Monitor and maintain of office equipment, stationery, walkie-talkie and others.
  • Sub contractors' performance control and monitor.
  • Compile with SHE requirements.
  • Filing of incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Act as Emcee for Crematorium Funeral Ceremony.
  • Coordination of special functions such as sales promotions and special visitors to the site.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business or Management field.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience.
  • Good communication in Chinese dialects.
  • Willing to work on ground.
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Good interpersonal skill, able to work independently and good in Public Relation.
