Job Description

  • Assist in daily Management Support/ Sales & Service departmental administration work including but not limited to meeting arrangement, memorandum/ notice issuance, mail sending, minutes writing and others.
  • Assist in reinforcement of group policies and procedures to ensure compliances by all levels.
  • Assist in planning and implementing strategic policies and procedures to achieve cost effectiveness thereby enhance both operational efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Assist to generate all sales related reports and ensure proper sales criteria been clearly stated with the correct product mix, sales source and other essential information; also to ensure correct sales trend been proper highlighted to management for further tactical plans formulation.
  • Compile the Annual Company Budget, Departmental Budget, Staff Goal Setting, Departmental Tactical Plans and Appraisal Forms compilation with clear direction from management.
  • Compile presentations for Performance Review Meeting and studying as well as monitoring accounts related reports in highlighting any irregularities or deviation observed.
  • Participate in organizing company events including but not limited to Staff Meeting, training, workshop or any festive celecration and others.
  • Assist Sales &amp; Service Department to develop and update the sales kit content.
  • Assist Sales &amp; Service Department for leave/ off day management.
  • Assist Service &amp; Operation Department for any operation issue.
  • Assist in any other assignments/ projects especially on VIP Funeral Cases assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel).
  • Able to communicate and written in Chinese.
  • Independent with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess 2 years of experience in relevant field is preferable.
