Job Description

  • Conduct training, talks and seminars for agents and staff in HQ, agencies, branches and oversea branches.
  • Serve as Emcee for all Nirvana events as per requested.
  • Develop training materials and tools such as handouts and visual materials.
  • Develop presentation slides of new products and present them during product launches to agents and staff.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on training effectiveness.
  • Participate in design, develop and delivery of agency sales training modules.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior/ the management to you from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in training function preferable in Insurance or MLM industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Conversant well in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
  • Result-orientated and proactive.
  • Must be computer literacy.
  • Able to work independently and willing to travel.
