Job Description

  • Assist in filing the training attendance records, course evaluation feedback forms or any documents related to Agency Training in a well-organized manner fulfilling the ISO requirements.
  • Assist in the daily administration work of ATD.
  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of training materials or resources.
  • Arrange training venue and seating for training sessions.
  • Assist in the coordination of the usage of Training Hall and Conference Room.
  • Assist in the coordination of the usage of any equipment under custody of the department.
  • Assist in the translation of the training materials for an ad-hoc project.
  • Act as a coordinator when there are training courses.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Possess strong analytical skill and proficiency in statistical analysis is an added advantage.
  • Good writing and oral skills in both English and Chinese.
