Job Description

  • Oversee operation in Nirvana Care service, Admin, Customer Service and Marketing Support.
  • Assist HOD on standardized of FSP services.
  • Responsible for FSP funeral arrangement including assign manpower, vehicle and controlling of cost.
  • Customer complaint report with details of incident.
  • Oversee the Yong Peng branch budget and sales.
  • Sales & Service performance review.
  • Responsible for performance and collection.
  • Responsible for ISO document and procedure.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years working experience in sales/ service industry.
  • Result oriented, good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organization skills and attention to details.
  • Conversant in English, Bahasa Melayu and major Chinese Dialects.
