Job Description
- Oversee operation in Nirvana Care service, Admin, Customer Service and Marketing Support.
- Assist HOD on standardized of FSP services.
- Responsible for FSP funeral arrangement including assign manpower, vehicle and controlling of cost.
- Customer complaint report with details of incident.
- Oversee the Yong Peng branch budget and sales.
- Sales & Service performance review.
- Responsible for performance and collection.
- Responsible for ISO document and procedure.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years working experience in sales/ service industry.
- Result oriented, good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organization skills and attention to details.
- Conversant in English, Bahasa Melayu and major Chinese Dialects.
