Job Description

  • Assist superior in organizing corporate and sales activities, such as NV Star Award Presentation, Annual Dinner, Launching, Parents Day and etc.
  • Assist superior to conduct activities for PG Agency and corporate events.
  • Assist superior to liaise with branch administrator or event chief organizer in conducting branch activities.
  • Assist superior to control departmental project expenditure.
  • Assure the departmental project can be carried out smoothly.
  • Liaise with related party to ensure coordination for PG agency activities.
  • Work as supporting team in PG Sales activities and other department.
  • Prepare profile and report of each event.
  • Assist to prepare notice and memo.
  • Initiate good relationship with local association, government bodies, charitable organization and others.
  • Responsible on the PG branch event and function.
  • Responsible on the PG branch branding and advertising.
  • Liaison with Advertising and Promotion agency on any publicity and promotion.
  • Organize Incentive Trip for the agents.
  • Act as a public relation and corporate communication representative for PG.
  • Act as action team on any company function or activities.
  • Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in sales organization.
  • Possess strong leadership and Public Relation skills.
  • Possess leadership quality and management skills.
  • Strong Organization and interpersonal skills.
