Job Description
- Oversee site operation inclusive of purchase of raw materials, administration, management, site maintenance, landscaping maintenance, site development and others.
- Source for suppliers of materials to meet cost, quality and time effectiveness.
- Monitor and schedule orders of materials in accordance with the drawings and specifications for site construction, landscaping, tombs and others.
- Verify and approve contractor claims and material purchased to ensure control of cost and expenditure.
- Oversee the tombs administration, management and sales.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess own transport.
- Good communication skills and able to read and write in Chinese and English.
- Willing to work overtime and able to work independently.
