Job Description

  • Close monitoring of day to day sales operation and development of own Shah Alam agencies to achieve sales forecast.
  • Sales monitoring, resolve problems and conflicts of agents, act as effective communication channel to the agents and gather important up-to-date market feedback from agents or customers.
  • Enhance good relationship between agents and company.
  • Constantly motivate agents to stimulate their sales activities.
  • Advise and monitor agents activities and performance include site duty, funeral procession duty, night watch, recruitment, marketing strategy, training and others.
  • Handle customer inquiries whenever necessary.
  • Represent Company to act as "Tour Guide" when there is VIP, Investor, 1 day tour or upon request to perform site visit.
  • Serve and close "walk-in sales" which include product explanation and site tour.
  • Act as emcee and/or trainer for selected training or seminar whenever necessary.
  • Participate as an action team on any company event whenever necessary.
  • Proper coordination with other department to get things done.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Preferable with at least 1 year working experience.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Independent with good communication skills.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
