Job Description
- Assist superior in close monitoring of day to day sales operation and agencies development to achieve sales target.
- Assist to monitor agencies sales and manpower monitoring, resolve problem and effective communication channel to the agents.
- Constantly motivate agents to stimulate their sales activities.
- Advice agents on matters pertaining to agent recruitment, agency activity, marketing strategy, training and others.
- Assist in the promotion and incentive implementation.
- Monitor agent activities and performance.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Business Studies or any other relevant fields.
- Good interpersonal and working attitude.
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant and good communication skill.
