Job Description

  • Assist in stock controlling and stock taking.
  • Assist in data entry and data analysis.
  • Assist in preparing monthly report of stock in/ out.
  • Assist in re-ordering stocks that needed.
  • Assist in filing of stock movements.
  • Assist in event planning, event execution and event management.
  • On site duty during event day.
  • Assist in providing administrative support to Branch Head in coordinating meetings, business events, business travel arrangement, managing and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist to manage all internal and external marketing relevant activities.
  • Manage the filings of e-mails, manuscripts, copy right forms and others.
  • Maintain good relationship with branches and related department.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative, able to multi task, well organized and attention to details.
