Job Description
- Repair & maintenance work at site e.g. electrical, drainage, plumbing, painting, road, road kerb, ponds toilets, washing of tomb, walkway and etc at Nirvana Memorial Park.
- Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness of building, road side, ponds, incense burner, praying area etc.
- Maintenance policies and procedures are followed.
- Setting up of promotion & sales function activity at the site.
- Maintain and service customer who come and pray.
- Provide preparation for niche and pedestal check in that surrounding areas are reasonably clean & tidy before arrival of check in.
- Coordination and witness exhumation, remains, five grains relocation.
- Installation of deceased name tag, photo or compartment plaque.
- Updating of SOLD urn compartments units by sticker at Urn Compartment.
- Provide the umbrella, canvas & incense burner delivery servicing.
- Daily “An Ling” routine work.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements

- Willing to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess good communication skill.
- Able to work overtime, weekends and public holiday.
- Preferably with experience in electrical / mechanical / construction related field.
