Job Description
- Provide full guidance to our valued customers and agents when visiting to Site which include guiding customers for praying and communicate with customers in good manners and humble.
- Cleanliness quality control – Monitor and instruct worker to ensure smooth operation and daily works.
- Ensure hardscape/ soft elements accessories and all furniture are under good and presentable condition.
- Flexible in rest schedule to be able to call back to work when manpower is insufficient.
- Cross-check/ prepare monthly report, Nirvana Care cremation report and necessary actions.
- Ensure work processes are according to SOP and to review current work process for further improvements.
- Full collaboration with colleagues and superior.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- SPM and above.
- Able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
