Job Description
- Provide full guidance to our valued customers/ agents/ guests when visiting to site which include guides customers for praying/ site tour explanation and communicate with customers in good manner and humble.
- Oversee Site Service process includes burial service, urn installation and tablet installation according to Company standard process/ requirement.
- Oversee and direct site operation to ensure ethical management, satisfactory service and proper maintenance.
- Oversee of site HR related include wages and overtime monitoring and verification, leave application and monitoring, expenses and claims verification and others.
- Oversee site purchasing process to ensure Company Purchasing SOP is complied with monitoring site purchase/ expenses.
- Assist and coordinate sales activities with agents and Marketing Department; coordination of special functions such as sales promotion and special visitors to the site.
- Upgrade the image and relationship with local authorities.
- Decision and problem solving, grievances handling, resolving complaints, discipline and inquiry.
- Manpower planning and job analysis to meet requirement, recruitment of staff and workers, delegation of duties, take care of staff and workers' welfare.
- Preparation of site report and budget, monitor site expenses and site purchase against budget.
- Confirming or approving purchase and maintenance request and work order within LOA.
- Solve and report to superior on any incident happen at any time with immediate action.
- Handle and monitor site petty cash.
- Collaborate with service team colleagues and related department to ensure smooth operation during the funeral procession and urn installation rite.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Independent and able to work under stress.
- Possess management and leadership skill.
