Job Description
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs & sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels and others)
- Inspect fire alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repair when needed.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least High School/ Diploma or equivalent. Building Maintenance technology or relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Any other language(s) would be an advantage.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Mature, dynamic and proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as maintenance technician.
- Good physical condition and strength with willingness to work overtime, weekends and Public Holidays.
