Job Description
- Attend night duty during the funeral rite at bereaved family’s premise or parlor.
- Explain terms and conditions of Memorial Hall usage to the customer.
- Handle Memorial Hall’s registration.
- Handle customer enquiries on funeral service and Memorial Hall related issues.
- Delivery of flower wreath and flags processions during night watch.
- Assist Service Consultant in servicing customer and funeral arrangement.
- Liaise with undertaker and introducer.
- Assist to deliver documents.
- Ensure company vehicle cleanliness and store room controlling.
- Accompany members of bereavement family during funeral processing and provide all relevant and necessary assistance.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- PMR or equivalent.
- At least one year working experience in service industries.
- Possess valid driving license.
- Willing to travel and work on weekend/ Public Holiday.
- Maintain good rapport with customer and high sense of responsibilities.
- Good communication skills.
