Job Description
- Oversee site operation, administration, construction activities, cleanliness, site development and others.
- Liaise with consultants such as architect and engineer pertaining to the design of particular building or structures and verify DO and quality of construction materials/ tools delivered to site.
- Execute work schedule or program and monitor the overall construction/ development work progress.
- Disseminate construction/ development information and direction from management to contractors.
- Verify and quantify contractor's claim and submit for approval before 5th of each month.
- Quality control inspection on work and material to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and control the movement of construction materials to avoid shortage and misuse.
- Raise purchase requisition to replenish/ replace construction material/ tools/ machineries and submit for approval as and when the need arises.
- Ensure the contractors clear up the work site of rubbish, excess earth, construction materials/ tools and others upon completion of work and ensure that reasonable site safety guidelines are followed.
- Evaluate contractors' performance and prepare construction progress report to superior/ management and preparation of site monthly report.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess own transport.
- Good communication skills and able to read and write in Chinese and English.
- Willing to work overtime and able to work independently.
