Job Description
- Provide consultation service to bereaved family in planning funeral ceremony for their loved-ones.
- Organize and conduct the funeral arrangement for the customer.
- Liaise with cemetery or crematorium of choice for necessary arrangement.
- Liaise with company appointed suppliers for the necessary merchants and services.
- Monitor the service quality and service performance or service team.
- Liaise with Operation Department for allocation of resources to the case.
- Prepare of purchase order, final invoice, checklist and other relevant document.
- Handle money collection after the funeral service.
- Liaise with agency, private and government sectors for business.
- Fulfill the sales and upgrading sales quota set by the company.
- Assist in upgrading the service quality of funeral arrangement.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum PMR.
- Preferably with experience in bereavement care industry.
