Job Description
- Supervise, verify and witness of burial, urn and ancestral installation.
- Verify and confirm the correct burial plot before the arrival of the procession.
- Inspect burial site to ensure that the burial hole excavated and formed to specification & that the canopy are erected, excess earth removed & that surrounding areas are reasonably clean & tidy before arrival of burial.
- Coordinate and witness exhumation, remains and five grains relocation.
- Car leading for burial funeral cases. Ensure Funeral Procession in order.
- Night watch for exercising cases.
- Handle and follow up on all company funeral cases.
- Provide consultation to assist deceased family in their funeral arrangement.
- Assist in upgrading the service quality of funeral arrangement.
- Explain the terms and conditions of using the purchase Funeral package to customers.
- Handling customer enquiries on funeral services and Memorial Park related issues.
- Liaison with company appointed supplier for the necessary merchant and services.
- Monitor the service quality and service performance by supplier.
- Preparation on Purchase Order, final invoice, checklist and other relevant document.
- Preparation of funeral speech, and perform Emcee work on funeral day.
- Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM.
- Computer Literate.
- Good Command of spoken and written English & Mandarin. Conversant in major Chinese dialects will have an added advantage.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Able to work long hour and on shift.
