Job Description
- Create awareness on new secondary products at the site.
- Source for suitable praying packages to suit each festival and ceremony.
- Monitor for the date of festivals, customers' death anniversary, 49-days prayers and others.
- Telemarketing to remind customers and promote our service and prating package.
- Meet customers during the 3-day prayer ceremony to promote the products.
- Arrange and monitor the delivery of praying packages to customers or burial sites/ niches.
- Arrange and monitor prayer service for and on behalf of customers.
- Assist to liaise with IT on matters relating to E-commerce website.
- Assist to liaise with A&E on product promotion and advertisement.
- Liaise with Purchasing Department and supplier on purchase of praying package items.
- Liaise with Finance on sales collection and documentation.
- Update on cost of praying packages items to determine selling price.
- Responsible for sales enrolment and reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- At least SPM.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to speak and write in Malay, English and Chinese.
- Able to work as supportive team member.
