Job Description
- Perform daily routine counter service operation duties.
- Answer incoming calls and attend to customer/ agent’s queries.
- Accept purchase order and key-in customer’s details into system.
- Accept payment collection in different modes of payment (i.e. by cash, cheque and credit card).
- Prepare Official Receipts for daily payment collections.
- Process sales confirmation and distribution of documents to respective departments.
- Handle lot enquiries, lot reservations, change lot, cancellation cases, transfer of ownership/ entitlement, update customer address and contact and others.
- Update system for changes in purchase/ purchaser’s information.
- Record sales into Sales Day Book daily.
- Check documents from Site Office.
- Liaise with Site Office on products File No.issuance.
- Arrange for transfers of items to Site Offices and check documents received from Site Offices.
- Liaise with HQ-Customer Service pertaining to counter service job tasks and data entry error corrections.
- Keep track of sales materials, forms & controlled of stock. e.g. Purchase Orders.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or any other related discipline.
- Possess relevant customer service skill or administration.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
