Job Description
- Supervise and support the subordinates in performing their duties diligently and efficiently.
- Coordinate interfacing construction activities of various contractors on site.
- Plan the work schedule or programme and monitor the overall work progress.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants such as architects, engineer, quantity surveyor and relevant authorities for smooth running of the particular projects.
- Assess, evaluate and verify contractors' claims.
- Ensure quality of work done by contractors align with the drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing, managing and controlling of the project budget.
- Ensure proper materials and cost control on site.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed at site.
- Any other taskes assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Construction/ Structural Engineering or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in property development, building maintenance and construction industry.
- Well versed in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Familiar with construction drawings and construction process.
- able to work under pressure and meet tight work schedule,
- Willing to travel outstation regularly and possess own transport (car) with valid driving license.
