Job Description
- Supervise, verify and witness of burial, urn and ancestral installation process.
- Verify and confirm the correct burial plot, urn compartment before the arrival of the procession.
- Inspect burial site to ensure that the burial hole excavated and formed to specification & that the canopy are erected, excess earth removed & that surrounding areas are reasonably clean & tidy before arrival of burial.
- Coordinate and witness exhumation, remains and five grains relocation.
- Install of deceased name tag, photo and compartment plaque.
- Update of sold urn compartment units by sticker at urn compartment.
- Supervise the umbrella, canvas & incense burner delivery servicing.
- Inspection of lot after burial to ensure that excavated stones & excess earth are removed by the following day or within the next 10 days.
- Complete urn repository/ burial worksheet details with complete document set (Death cert, burial permit, deceased I/C).
- Car leading for burial funeral cases. Ensure Funeral Procession in order.
- Night watch for exercise cases.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- SPM / Form 5
- Able to understand Chinese / Malay / English
- Computer literate
- Good communication skill
