Job Description
- Provide full guidance to our valued customers/ agents/ guests when visiting to site which include guides customers for praying/ site tour explanation and communicate with customers in good manner and humble.
- Emcee for Buddhist/ Taoist cremation ceremony cases.
- Must learn, be able to operate incinerators and perform cremation.
- In charge of crematorium to solve any problems within authority and to immediately report to superior on any accident/ incident happened in crematorium.
- Ensure that the building and its surrounding areas, including toilets, pathway and others are clean and clear from rubbish and dried leaves.
- Cleanliness quality control - Monitor and instruct workers to ensure smooth operation on daily works.
- Ensure hardscape/ soft element accessories and all furniture in Compartment are under good and presentable condition.
- Flexible in rest schedule to be able to call back to work when manpower is insufficient.
- Ensure Cremation Order and Cremation Authorization form are signed, original Burial Permit collected and briefly explain to customers on terms and conditions stated at the back of Cremation Authorization form before cremation ceremony begins.
- Cross check/ prepare monthly cremation report, MBSA report, Nirvana Care cremation report, diesel report according to fixed timeframe and submit to related personnel for review and necessary actions.
- Ensure work processess are according to SOP and to review current work process for further improvements.
- Ensure staff/ workers operating in cremation chamber are equipped with necessary PPE.
- Ensure that crematorium staff/ workers abide to work ethics.
- Full collaboration with colleagues and superiors.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- SPM or equivalent.
- Preferable with at least 1 year of working experience.
- Good communication in Chinese dialects and interpersonal skill.
- Willing to work on ground.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Malay.
