Job Description
- Responsible to check, monitor and follow up tomb WIP.
- Ensure all tombs are completed upon time frame given.
- Inspect the completed tombs to ensure good quality of the tomb.
- Monitor and keep track daily records of all WIP activities at site.
- Arrange and monitor in house workers and sub-contractors works/ orders.
- Perform site measurement and leveling before start work.
- Manage materials loading and unloading to avoid any wastage and untidiness.
- Standby for erection when necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- SPM with 2 years related working experience.
- Computer literate with goof interpersonal skills.
- Able to read and write in Chinese.
- Independent, initiative, dynamic, team player and positive attitude.
