Job Description
- Conformance inspection of tomb construction progress.
- Conformance inspection of completed tomb contract and cleanliness of new tomb and surrounding area prior to handover to customer.
- Coordinate customers' complaint of Tomb Repair & Tomb Refurbish issues.
- Convince customer to do refurbishment rectification if not meet to their satisfaction.
- Liaise with contractor on tombs matters.
- Inspection of tombs within warranty of completion to locate defects before the expiry of Tomb Department.
- Ensure that the excess earth is removed before tomb construction.
- Monitor and supervise movement of tomb repair and maintenance, tomb refurbishes order and others.
- Prepare monthly report of tomb inspection.
- Handle Tomb Repair and Tomb Refurbish sales.
- Handle all the ISO documentation.
- Full collaboration with service team colleagues and related department to ensure smooth operation during the funeral procession and urn installation.
- Supervise and monitor work flow of general workers.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- At least SPM.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in construction background.
- Able to work independently and supervisory experience.
