Job Description
- Greet all guests, answer any questions or concerns.
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of parlor for reservations.
- Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.
- Coordinate parlor status updates with the Housekeeping Department by notify housekeeping of all check outs, check-ins and special requests.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
- Knows all safety and emergency procedures and aware of accident prevention policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
- Answer phones, prepare reports as necessary.
- Store luggage and valuables as needed accordingly.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to read and write in English and Chinese.
- Able to maintain calm, polite and patient in stressful situations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
