Job Description

  • Greet all guests, answer any questions or concerns.
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of parlor for reservations.
  • Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.
  • Coordinate parlor status updates with the Housekeeping Department by notify housekeeping of all check outs, check-ins and special requests.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
  • Knows all safety and emergency procedures and aware of accident prevention policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
  • Answer phones, prepare reports as necessary.
  • Store luggage and valuables as needed accordingly.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Able to read and write in English and Chinese.
  • Able to maintain calm, polite and patient in stressful situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
