Job Description
- Process and update purchase records.
- Certificate processing.
- Arrange for delivery and dispatch of certificates.
- Assist in scanning and indexing purchase documents into EDMS for all branches.
- Assist in filing of purchase documents for all branches.
- Perform administrative functions within Registry Department.
- Rotation on branch visit by schedule on yearly basis.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office Applications.
- 3 to 4 years working experience in similar position.
