Job Description

  • Process and update purchase records.
  • Certificate processing.
  • Arrange for delivery and dispatch of certificates.
  • Assist in scanning and indexing purchase documents into EDMS for all branches.
  • Assist in filing of purchase documents for all branches.
  • Perform administrative functions within Registry Department.
  • Rotation on branch visit by schedule on yearly basis.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • 3 to 4 years working experience in similar position.
