Job Description

  • Raise PR and issue PO.
  • Handle HR related matters such as staff training monitoring, monthly staff duty roster arrangement, purchasing of staff general office welfare, vacancy advertisement and any other HR related document arrangement.
  • Control of office fixed assets, forms and stationery control.
  • Staff meeting agenda and minutes.
  • Office maintenance and cleaning.
  • Handle in/ out documentation and filing.
  • Handle on the monthly credit control progress.
  • Air ticket and accommodation arrangement.
  • Monitor and arrange company vehicle for renewal insurance, road tax, service and maintenance.
  • Monitor and arrange for renewal company business license.
  • Act as action team for company events.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.

Requirements

  • SPM and above.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport.
